Terms & Conditions for Power Sessions

Effective Date: March 17. 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking a Power Session with Un.Tether Growth Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your participation in the consultation session and establish the expectations for both parties.

2. Payment & Booking

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Sessions are confirmed only upon successful payment processing.
  • Pricing is subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect previously booked and paid-for sessions.

3. No Refunds & Rescheduling Policy

  • All sales are final. Un.Tether Growth Solutions does not offer refunds for Power Sessions, regardless of attendance or perceived value.
  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be denied.
  • If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

4. Recording & Use of Session Content

  • By participating in a Power Session, you grant Un.Tether Growth Solutions and its agents permission to record, store, and use voice and video recordings of the session for marketing, promotional, educational, and training purposes.
  • You acknowledge and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your likeness, voice, or contributions to the session.
  • If you prefer not to have your session recorded or used for these purposes, you must notify us in writing before your session.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any strategies, recommendations, or materials shared during the Power Session are the intellectual property of Un.Tether Growth Solutions and are provided for your business use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any session content for commercial purposes without express written permission from Un.Tether Growth Solutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Power Sessions are advisory in nature. While we provide strategic insights and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • Un.Tether Growth Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on the consultation.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information discussed during the session.
  • However, this confidentiality does not extend to information already publicly available or content used in accordance with the agreed-upon recording and marketing permissions.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • Un.Tether Growth Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings and will be posted on our website.
